He is an insurance practitioner who has had a 30-year career in the insurance industry and last served as President Director of Adira Insurance until April 2020. He started his career in the industry as an Underwriter since 1989 and some of the executive positions he has held are as Executive Director of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI) in 2011-2017, Deputy Director of the Indonesian Insurance Education Institute (LPAI) in 2015-2017, Director of Himalaya Insurance in 2010-2011, Deputy President Director, Marketing Director and Technical Director of Asuransi Bumida in 2003-2010.
He holds the title of Ajun Ahli Asuransi Kerugian (AAAIK) since 1994 and Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) in 2016. He was previously also active as a Member of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI), The Indonesian Insurance Council (DAI) and as a Lecturer at the Indonesian Insurance Education Institute (LPAI), The College of Risk Management & Insurance (STIMRA) and The Jakarta Insurance Institute (JII).
Dadang Iskandar

Born in Jakarta on December 18th 1963. Graduated from Muhammadiyah Jakarta University for Social Welfare Education in 1989.
Dadang currently serves as Inspector General of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia since 2018, and previously served as secretary of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs (2017-2018), Inspector for Field of Social Empowerment and Poverty Management at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs (2016). Inspector for Supporting Affairs at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs (2014-2015), Head of the Program and Reporting Section at the Secretariat of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs (2013-2014), Head of Finance at the Secretariat of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs (2012-2013).
He was appointed as Commissioner of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) since October 17th 2019 based on the Decree of the Minister of State Owned Enterprises Number. SK-240/MBU/10/2019 concerning Discontinuance, Transfer of Duties and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama(Persero).

He currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President of Indonesia Financial Group since 2021, and as Special Advisor to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs since 2020. Member of Faculty of Bank Indonesia Institute since 2012. Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Development (PROSPERA) Senior Financial Sector Advisor since 2020.
Appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) since March 16, 2022 based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number. SK-79/MBU/03/2022 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).
