Management

Julian Noor was born in Amuntai Kalsel in 1961 and graduated from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) in 1985 and Master of Management of STIE Bumiputera in 2004 and an alumnus of the Insurance School of Japan, Tokyo (ISJ) in 1999. Appointed as President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs no SK-246 /MBU/07/2021 since July 22, 2021 after completing his duties as Independent Commissioner of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo).

He is an insurance practitioner who has had a 30-year career in the insurance industry and last served as President Director of Adira Insurance until April 2020. He started his career in the industry as an Underwriter since 1989 and some of the executive positions he has held are as Executive Director of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI) in 2011-2017, Deputy Director of the Indonesian Insurance Education Institute (LPAI) in 2015-2017, Director of Himalaya Insurance in 2010-2011, Deputy President Director, Marketing Director and Technical Director of Asuransi Bumida in 2003-2010.

He holds the title of Ajun Ahli Asuransi Kerugian (AAAIK) since 1994 and Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) in 2016.  He was previously also active as a Member of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI), The Indonesian Insurance Council (DAI) and as a Lecturer at the Indonesian Insurance Education Institute (LPAI), The College of Risk Management & Insurance (STIMRA) and The Jakarta Insurance Institute (JII).

 

Andre S. Parada Siahaan. Born in Jakarta, January 13, 1984. He completed his Diploma III in Actuarial Science at STAN Jakarta (2003–2006) and his Bachelor's degree in Financial Management at Perbanas Institute (2007–2011).

Effective August 3, 2026, pursuant to the Decision of the Shareholders, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

He has more than 13 years of experience as a strategic leader and property developer, with expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, and risk management. He is the leader of Vila Rizki Group, the largest Islamic community developer in Indonesia, which has developed a number of projects including residential estates, high-rise buildings, and commercial areas on a national scale.

Prior to joining Indonesia Re, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Rizki Asfi Ilhami (since 2023) and Commissioner of PT Rizki Mustika Abadi (since 2022), as well as Deputy Managing Director of PT Asfi Ilhami Royhan (since 2014) and PT Tinelco (GMT Group) (since 2012), leading a range of large scale residential development projects.

Born on June 7, 1972. He completed his Bachelor of Economics degree at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) in 1996 and his Master of Economics in Islamic Finance at the University of Indonesia (UI) in 2009.

Effective August 3, 2026, pursuant to the Decision of the Shareholders, he was appointed as Commissioner of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

He began his career at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (1998–2016), holding various positions in Government Securities management, financial market analysis, portfolio management, Sharia Government Securities (SBSN) transactions, and investor and creditor relations.

He subsequently served at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (2016–2019), where he was involved in business development and oversight of the financial services, energy, logistics, industrial estates, and tourism sectors. During the same period, he also served as Commissioner of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2016–2019).

From 2019 to 2021, he gained experience at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII as Director of Commercial (2019–2020) and SEVP of Business Support (2020–2021), as well as President Commissioner of PT Industri Gula Glenmore (2020–2021) and Commissioner of PT Rolas Nusantara Medika (2019–2021). From 2021 to 2026, he served as Director of Finance, Risk Management, Human Capital & General Affairs of PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia, as well as Commissioner of PT PPI Industri (2022–2026).
