He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Andalas University and a Master of Laws degree from Jaya Baya University. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management. He has worked as Corporate Legal Department Head at Serasi Autoraya Group, an affiliated group company of PT Astra International Tbk, from 1996 to 2007, and Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Indonesia (Life & General Insurance) from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, he held various positions within AXA Group entities in Indonesia, holding several key and strategic positions in his field, including Country Head of Legal & Compliance, Deputy Chairman & Member of AXA Indonesia Joint Consultative Committees, Member of the Board Risk Committee of PT AXA Life Indonesia, Standing Invitee for the Local Risk Committee of AXA Indonesia, and Standing Invitee for the Management Audit & Compliance Committee - Country Level. His career continued in mid-2017 when he joined PT Bhineka Life Indonesia as Chief of Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Corporate Secretary, with his final position as Director of Compliance and Human Capital until July 2021. His professional career in Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance, as well as his consistent performance as Corporate Secretary, continued with his appointment as Director of Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on July 22, 2021, in accordance with a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-247/MBU/07/2021.

Effective from December 22, 2025, based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama Number: KEP-08/DK-INDONESIARE/XII/2025 dated December 22, 2025, he was appointed as Acting President Director concurrently serving as Director of Risk Management, Compliance, HR and Corporate Secretary.

He has a consistent career in Legal and Compliance. Previously he served as Director of Human Capital & Compliance at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia (March 2021), Chief Legal, Compliance, Risk Management & Corporate Secretary at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia, Corporate Legal Department Head at PT Serasi Auto Raya, Assistant Vice President - Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Indonesia, Vice President - Country Head of Legal and Compliance at AXA Indonesia.

He has attended a variety of seminars related to Legal, Risk and Compliance. He has also received a number of certifications. Some of them are Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) from the Global Integrated Risk Management Association (GIRMA), Competency Certification - Integrated Risk Governance Expert from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) - Risk Management Professional Certification Institute (LSPMR).

 

Born in Jakarta in 1971. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Trisakti University Jakarta majoring in Economics (Accounting) and a Master of Management from Pelita Harapan University. Appointed as Director of Development and Information Technology of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on March 10, 2022 in accordance with a copy of the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No: SK-73 / MBU / 03/2022.

Effective from March 7, 2025, based on the Letter of the Board of Commissioners of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama Number: S-15/DK-INDONESIARE/III/2025, he was appointed by the Board of Commissioners as Acting Director of Finance and Actuarial Affairs concurrently, in addition to carrying out his duties as Director of Development and Information Technology.

Has a career history of more than 23 years at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Has served as Vice President Head of Wealth Management & Pension Fund at Strategic Investment & Subsidiaries Management Group (2018 - 2019), Vice President Head of Private and Sales Wealth Management Group (2017-2018), Vice President Head of Private Banking from 2012 to 2017,  as Branch Manager at 5 Bank Mandiri Branch Offices (2000-2011) and Area Head jakarta Sudirman Region V-Jakarta in 2012.

With more than 23 years of experience in the world of finance and banking, she has several certifications achieved, including banking certification for risk management held by LSPP, Certified Wealth Manager issued by CWMA and organized by Gadjah Mada University, and Pension Fund General Management Certification (MUDP) organized by the Pension Fund Association.
 

Born in Kerinci Jambi, July 1975. Delil completed his MBA studies at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2013 and is currently completing his PhD studies at the IIUM Institute of Islam Banking and Finance, Kuala Lumpur. He was appointed as Technical Director of Operations of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on March 10, 2022 in accordance with a copy of the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No: SK-73 / MBU / 03/2022.

He has more than 20 years of experience in both the general insurance and reinsurance industries with several positions including Vice President- Market Underwriter and Senior Client Manager at Swiss Re Retakaful from 2014 to 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Head of Underwriting at ACR Retafakul Berhard from 2010 to 2014, and Treaty Manager at Hannover Re from 2007 to 2010.

He has achieved several international qualifications including advanced diploma of chartered insurance institute (ACII), certified Islamic financial planner in Kuala Lumpur, and fellow of Islamic insurance society.
