Earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Andalas University and his Master of Laws degree from Jayabaya University. Throughout his career, he has consistently worked in the fields of Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management.

He was appointed as Director of Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on July 22, 2021, pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-247/MBU/07/2021. He was subsequently appointed as Acting President Director, concurrently serving as Director of Risk Management, Compliance, Human Resources, and Corporate Secretary, on December 22, 2025, pursuant to the Board of Commissioners’ Decision No. KEP-08/DK-INDONESIARE/XII/2025. Effective August 3, 2026, pursuant to the Shareholders’ Decision, he was appointed as President Director of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

Prior to joining Indonesia Re, he served as Director of Compliance and Human Capital at PT Bhineka Life Indonesia (2017–2021), Country Head of Legal & Compliance at AXA Group Indonesia (2011–2017), Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Indonesia (2007–2011), and Corporate Legal Department Head at Serasi Autoraya Group – Astra International (1996–2007).

He holds the Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) certification from AAMAI, the Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) certification from LSPMR, and the Integrated Risk Governance Expert Competency Certification from BNSP-LSPMR.

Completed his MBA studies at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2013 and is currently completing his PhD studies at the IIUM Institute of Islam Banking and Finance, Kuala Lumpur. He was appointed as Technical Director of Operations of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on March 10, 2022 in accordance with a copy of the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No: SK-73 / MBU / 03/2022. Based on the Shareholders' Resolution dated on August 3, 2026, he was subsequently reappointed as Technical Director of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

He has more than 20 years of experience in both the general insurance and reinsurance industries with several positions including Vice President- Market Underwriter and Senior Client Manager at Swiss Re Retakaful from 2014 to 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Head of Underwriting at ACR Retafakul Berhard from 2010 to 2014, and Treaty Manager at Hannover Re from 2007 to 2010.

He has achieved several international qualifications including advanced diploma of chartered insurance institute (ACII), certified Islamic financial planner in Kuala Lumpur, and fellow of Islamic insurance society.
 
 

Earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management Economics from Ekasakti University in 1996.

Effective August 3, 2026, pursuant to the Shareholders’ Decision, he was appointed as Director of Finance & Risk Management of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

He has more than 35 years of experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Indonesia Re, he served as President Director of PT Krida Upaya Tunggal Brokers Insurance and Claim Consultant (2022–2026), Director of Sales and Distribution at PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance (2018–2022), and Director of Marketing at PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) (2016–2018). During his more than 15-year career at PT Bank Mandiri (1999–2015), he most recently served as Department Head/Vice President of Corporate Banking, including a special assignment overseeing the Pertamina Group segment.

He holds the Certified Indonesian Insurance Broker (CIIB) certification, LSPPI Level 5, 6, and 7 certifications in the brokerage field.

Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia (UI), obtained in 1994, a Master of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia (UI), obtained in 2002, and a Master of Management degree from Prasetiya Mulya University, obtained in 2017.

Effective August 3, 2026, pursuant to the Decision of the Shareholders, he was appointed as Director of Compliance, Legal and Human Capital of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

He is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the capital markets and financial services industry, with a strong leadership track record across governance, legal, compliance, risk management, finance, technology, and human capital.

Prior to joining Indonesia Re, he held strategic roles in both the private sector and state-owned enterprises. He previously served as Director of Human Capital, Legal, IT and Procurement of PT Danareksa (Persero) (2020–2025) and as Commissioner of PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (2022–2025). Earlier in his career, he also served as Director of Finance and Work Support at PT Perusahaan Pengelolaan Aset (Persero) (2019–2020), and as Director of Operations, Finance, IT and Human Capital at PT Danareksa Sekuritas (2018–2019).

He has completed a range of professional training programs and certifications, including Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Manpower Planning, Learning Organization, the Underwriting Representative Certification, Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP), and Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA).
