Yogyakarta, April 7 2017. Capacity Building for Indonesia Re Foster Partners – PT Gelar Mapan Sejahtera was officially opened on April 5, 2017 by Group Head of CSR & PKBL Indonesia Re, Fredi Aris Setiawan and Commissioner of PT Gelar Mapan Sejahtera, Yudi Ivana. In his remarks, Fredi explained the obligation of Indonesia Re as one of the state-owned company to channel funds set aside from the Company's profits for Partnership Programs (PK) and also Community Development (BL) for the community, especially SMEs in Indonesia so that they can grow and become independent.

YOGYA (KR) - In the context of community empowerment, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK) through the BUMN Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL), PT Reasuransi Indonesia Indonesia Utama (Persero), a state-owned enterprise engaged in the insurance sector, set aside some of its profits for distributing revolving funds at low interest rates as much as 6 percent flat per year through PKBL program to 40 SMEs in Yogyakarta and Central Java.

At the beginning of 2018, we were shocked by an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 on the Richter scale, the shock of which was felt as far as Jakarta. Following this incident, Indonesians were shocked by the issue of a potential Megathrust earthquake with a strength of up to 8.7 on the Richter scale that arose from the south of Java Island.
